The connoisseurs , the lovers of “coolture tea” (a demanding and charmful elitist group) know that a perfect 5 o`clock (or a fairytale “apperitivo”), regardless of country, city, village, corner of the world, house where it is served, doesn`t necessarily need opulent details, fabulous settings or flamboyant company. All it needs is that je-ne-sais-quoi which is rather related to rhythm, details with charm and ..quiet. Yes. This is elementary: serenity.
